Valid ID & Agreement – A valid Emirates ID/Passport and a signed rental agreement are required.

Advance Payment – Full payment or security deposit must be made before delivery.

Rental Period – Charges apply from the agreed start date until all equipment is returned.

Equipment Care – The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or physical damage.

Late Return – Additional charges will apply for late returns.

Technical Support – Basic setup support is included; extra services may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may attract a fee.
